Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on driving innovation in AI-driven identity solutions, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and implement intelligent automation systems and agentic workflows while collaborating with various business teams in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partnering with business teams to prioritize and catalog high-impact automation workflows
• Building multi-step agent workflows that enhance reasoning quality and task reliability
• Leveraging the Agentic AI Foundations platform to integrate and optimize internal systems

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in AI/ML systems or LLM-powered applications
• Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework
• Strong Python skills and experience in building production-grade backend services and APIs
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces and deliver impactful AI solutions
• Strong systems thinking focused on reliability, observability, and maintainability
