Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on advancing evaluation and validation for agentic AI systems, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will build and scale evaluation frameworks and simulation-backed validation systems to support reliable autonomous mission planning.

Key responsibilities

• Extend and maintain the V&V SDK and evaluation framework for agentic AI systems
• Design and implement evaluations, including benchmark scenarios and scoring logic
• Translate mission concepts into structured, testable evaluation scenarios and simulation configurations

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or applied AI
• Strong Python engineering skills with experience in building SDKs or evaluation tooling
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or test harnesses for AI/ML systems
• Ability to analyze system behavior and evaluate performance in complex autonomous systems
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field, or equivalent experience
