Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and implementation of critical Safety AI initiatives, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will focus on developing real-time perception systems for millions of edge devices in a remote position.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end computer vision pipelines for safety detection, including object detection, tracking, and multi-camera fusion
• Drive the technical roadmap for edge and cloud perception, optimizing models for constrained hardware
• Mentor and technically guide senior scientists and engineers, translating customer needs into engineering challenges

Required qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Vision, or a related quantitative field
• 10+ years as a scientist or ML engineer, with experience leading end-to-end AI systems in production
• Deep expertise in computer vision, including object detection, tracking, and segmentation
• Experience with multimodal perception and sensor fusion technologies
• Proven ability to drive systems from research through production deployment, ensuring performance optimization at scale
