Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To build and maintain innovative AI-driven production systems, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design, construct, and oversee agentic workflows and generative media pipelines in a remote setting, ensuring reliable tools for production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain agentic AI workflows, managing the full lifecycle from prototype to production monitoring
• Develop and operate generative media pipelines, collaborating with a generative-media specialist on creative tooling
• Ship internal AI tools and dashboards that provide non-technical teams direct access to AI workflows

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in building production software, with strong skills in Python, API design, and cloud infrastructure
• 2+ years of experience with production agentic AI systems, including hands-on experience with frameworks or custom orchestration
• Proven track record of developing internal tools and dashboards that are adopted by non-technical users
• Strong instincts for agent-tool interface design, with the ability to reason about tool surfaces and schemas
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and rapidly prototype production-grade systems
