Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To advance compliance automation, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will design, build, and scale AI systems that enhance operational efficiency and support enterprise workflows, focusing on agentic AI and LLMs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-powered systems for multi-step reasoning and decision support
• Develop AI systems that automate reasoning over structured and unstructured data for regulatory interpretation
• Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments, ensuring reliability and performance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience; 2+ years in ML/AI engineering
• Proficiency in Python; TypeScript experience is a plus
• Experience with LLM-based applications and production AI system integrations
• Track record of taking AI systems from concept to production
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product and compliance
