Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with business teams, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will lead the end-to-end delivery of internal AI applications, from discovery through production adoption, in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance internal workflows using AI by collaborating with various business teams
• Translate business needs into product requirements and manage the full lifecycle of application development
• Ensure successful adoption of deployed tools through user training, documentation, and iterative improvements based on feedback

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in shipping production software, particularly AI-enabled applications
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear product requirements
• Full-stack engineering skills across data, services, and user interfaces
• Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Augment
• Working knowledge of application security practices for sensitive data handling
