Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Driving end-to-end delivery of production AI platforms, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will architect secure solutions, orchestrate model pipelines, and ensure compliance while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable AI systems and workflows
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions from architecture to deployment and monitoring
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational pipelines and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Responsible AI practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
• 5 years of experience in production-grade AI/ML systems
• 3 years of experience building and operating production AI/ML systems
• 1 year of experience delivering GenAI/LLM or RAG solutions to production
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or ML specialty credentials (preferred)
