Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the remote Senior AI Enablement Engineer will evaluate, configure, and deploy AI-powered tools across various teams, ensuring reliable and secure integration into workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and implement new AI tools and platforms, managing setup and driving adoption within the product organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and accelerate workflows using AI capabilities
• Troubleshoot and maintain the AI tooling stack, ensuring compliance with security standards and providing training materials for non-technical team members

Required qualifications

• Experience with AI tooling, LLMs, coding assistants, and automation platforms
• Proficiency in building small tools, scripts, and integrations, including MCP servers
• Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure, including cloud platform administration and compliance tooling
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify opportunities for tool adoption
• Strong communication skills to translate technical capabilities into practical value for non-technical teammates
