Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance personalized genetics-based health guidance, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will build and improve multi-agent AI systems, collaborating with the AI Backend Architect to ensure fast and accurate health insights from genomic data in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance multi-agent AI systems for efficient task handling and response quality
• Develop planner and router agents to optimize task allocation among worker agents
• Implement evaluation pipelines to measure answer quality, response speed, and reliability over time

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience in production environments
• Expertise in TypeScript and experience with multi-agent AI systems
• Hands-on experience with large language model APIs and structured retrieval systems
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, DuckDB, and service-oriented architectures
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while collaborating with cross-functional teams
