Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior AI Engineer for a full-time remote position, this role will design, build, and deploy intelligent agent workflows to enhance the quality and reliability of clinical data extraction in the Real-World Data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy agent-based AI systems to improve clinical data extraction
• Own technical design and delivery for agent workflows, integrating new AI capabilities into existing platforms
• Develop evaluation and monitoring approaches to measure impact and support safe deployment in a regulated environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree in clinical or life sciences is a plus
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with substantial work on production systems at scale
• 3+ years of experience building and shipping AI/ML-powered applications in production, particularly with LLM-based systems
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern software engineering practices
• Experience designing and operating AI systems in cloud environments, preferably AWS
