Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To lead the development of advanced AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design, build, and operationalize machine learning models and GenAI agents while collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning models and GenAI-powered agents, ensuring integration with enterprise platforms
• Work directly with customers to facilitate AI adoption and operationalize solutions within their workflows
• Act as a thought leader in AI Advisory, mentoring peers and contributing to best practices in AI and machine learning

Required qualifications

• 8 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering within enterprise-scale environments
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data engineering practices, including scalable data pipelines
• Demonstrated experience with AI/GenAI capabilities, including agent-based systems and multi-agent orchestration
• Ability to collaborate effectively in complex problem spaces and communicate AI strategy to stakeholders
• Experience in leading or mentoring teams in AI or advanced analytics projects
