Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To build the core intelligence layer behind innovative tax workflows, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design, develop, and scale AI systems remotely, focusing on automation, reliability, and user experience using LLMs and agentic workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered product experiences for tax and accounting workflows
• Design and refine prompt-based systems and multi-step workflows for real production use cases
• Write Python code for prototypes and collaborate with engineers to productionize AI systems safely

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or AI engineering
• Strong experience building with LLMs in real products
• Experience designing prompt-based systems for reliable outcomes
• Proficiency in scripting or coding with languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript
• Comfort working with APIs, backend systems, and cloud environments
