Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the AI agent infrastructure and automation platform, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will develop multi-agent architectures, integrate LLMs, and build backend services to enhance Marketing Operations, all while working remotely in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end development of multi-agent AI systems, ensuring their architecture, implementation, and ongoing operation
• Build and integrate backend services that connect AI models to various business systems, optimizing data flows and retrieval-augmented generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and design workflows that drive operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend development, systems integration, or data/analytics engineering
• 2+ years of hands-on experience applying LLMs/AI to production workflows
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js, along with experience in Git-based workflows
• Experience building and operating multi-agent systems at scale, including orchestration patterns and production monitoring
• Deep familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and serverless/containerized services
