Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To lead innovations in Contract management and RCM through advanced Generative AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and deploy AI/ML models, emphasizing Large Language Models and agentic frameworks while collaborating across teams to drive operational efficiencies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI models for operational efficiencies across VBC and RCM datasets
• Implement advanced architectures including LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation while applying MLOps best practices
• Collaborate in an agile environment to develop AI-powered solutions addressing complex business challenges with a focus on responsible AI use

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML techniques, including Prompt Engineering and Agentic AI
• Strong expertise in Python, PySpark, T-SQL, or SQL and big data technologies
• 1+ years of experience with Generative AI frameworks and cloud technologies, preferably GCP
• Proven experience working in a matrix management environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
