Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of scalable Generative AI solutions, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design architecture standards, develop end-to-end AI solutions, and lead technical initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define architecture standards for Generative AI solutions, influencing design decisions across multiple teams
• Design and integrate scalable AI solutions, focusing on automation and AI agents to address business challenges
• Lead proof-of-concept projects from ideation to production, ensuring robust security and compliance with regulations

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 1 year in AI/Machine Learning projects
• Proficiency in Python, Javascript, React, and API development frameworks like FastAPI or Flask
• Experience with Generative AI applications and LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering and RAG architectures
• Strong cloud development experience, particularly within the AWS ecosystem
• Solid understanding of MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for ML systems
