Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-native capabilities, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and maintain production-grade agentic systems, integrate AI agents with existing platform APIs, and ensure compliance in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade agentic systems and workflows
• Develop MCP servers and tool integrations connecting AI agents to platform APIs
• Orchestrate LLMs across the AI layer, managing prompt strategies for compliant language

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2 years in production AI/LLM development
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend engineering, with experience in production services and APIs
• Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems and integrating LLM APIs
• Experience with AI infrastructure on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
