Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-driven products for real estate clients, the contract Senior AI Engineer will design and implement predictive models, unify customer records, and build data engineering solutions, while working flexibly from home with occasional office visits in Sydney or Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and evaluate predictive models that enhance decision-making processes for users
• Develop capabilities for identity resolution and unify customer records across applications
• Create and maintain data pipelines and feature stores to support behavioral signal capture and model training

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/data engineering experience with 3+ years in production ML systems
• Proven track record in delivering predictive scoring models and feature engineering on behavioral data
• Experience with feedback or closed-loop ML systems and improving models over time
• Strong proficiency in Python for data science and familiarity with tools like scikit-learn and XGBoost
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and MLOps fundamentals
