Job Summary

Driving business innovation through AI architecture, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will own the design and evolution of core capabilities within the internal AI agent platform, ensuring scalable and reliable deployment patterns while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve core capabilities for the internal AI agent platform to support high-impact business workflows
• Define deployment patterns and shared services to enable complex agent use cases

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering
• Strong ability to design and implement production-ready systems across APIs and services
• Experience with cloud environments and modern application deployment patterns
• Prior experience building internal platforms or reusable technical foundations
• Practical experience working with AI-powered applications or agent architectures
