Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

As a full-time Senior AI Engineer, the candidate will advance AI-driven transformation within the Case Management Platform team, focusing on developing scalable AI solutions for dispute and fraud servicing while ensuring compliance and governance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI and agentic systems to enhance customer engagement and servicing experiences
• Develop production-ready AI solutions, including LLM applications and intelligent workflows, ensuring high accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective AI solutions and maintain governance standards across all systems

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI, with a focus on production systems
• Strong Python skills and experience in building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, or applied machine learning in real-world applications
• Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including BigQuery and DataProc
