Job Summary
As a full-time Senior AI Engineer, the candidate will advance AI-driven transformation within the Case Management Platform team, focusing on developing scalable AI solutions for dispute and fraud servicing while ensuring compliance and governance in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build scalable AI and agentic systems to enhance customer engagement and servicing experiences
- Develop production-ready AI solutions, including LLM applications and intelligent workflows, ensuring high accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective AI solutions and maintain governance standards across all systems
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or applied AI, with a focus on production systems
- Strong Python skills and experience in building backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, or applied machine learning in real-world applications
- Experience with modern AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including BigQuery and DataProc
