Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI software components, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance customer interactions and internal processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that transform customer interactions
• Design and implement AI software components, including model training and evaluation, ensuring scalability and performance
• Innovate and apply state-of-the-art optimization techniques to improve large-scale production AI systems

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 10 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience in AI and ML development
• At least 10 years of programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, or Java
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
• Proven ability to architect and support complex enterprise AI systems
• Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics, with expertise in AI technologies
