Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the AI & Data Science team, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will identify, design, and integrate Generative AI solutions into business workflows while developing scalable applications and mentoring junior developers in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design, and integrate Generative AI solutions to deliver measurable value across various business functions
• Lead the design, architecture, implementation, and productionization of traditional software applications and GenAI agents
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, establish success criteria, and ensure high-quality user experiences

Required qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 8+ years of advanced backend development experience with Python and JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience designing and deploying complex Generative AI solutions in production
• Minimum 2 years of UI and frontend development experience with React.js, TypeScript, and HTML
• Strong hands-on experience with GenAI architectures and multi-agent systems, including advanced search techniques
