Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative AI initiatives, the temporary remote Senior Staff AI Engineer will design, train, and evaluate multimodal models, optimize inference pipelines, and maintain models in production while applying advanced machine learning techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Train and fine-tune models using LoRA and other parameter-efficient techniques
• Deploy, debug, and maintain distributed systems in cloud environments
• Monitor and maintain models in production, addressing data drift and system failures

Required qualifications

• Expert experience in digital and broadcast production operations and workflows
• 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud and 1+ years with Azure cloud
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience required
