Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Designing and deploying AI capabilities, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will build and integrate machine learning solutions into production systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a flexible hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI capabilities, including predictive models and generative AI
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners
• Champion AI Trust & Safety best practices and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive software, data, or AI/ML engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on machine learning/AI engineering experience
• Experience delivering production solutions in APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipeline orchestration
