Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Building production agent capabilities for TaskRay's AI platform, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will collaborate with the product team to develop features that automate enterprise onboarding tasks, working remotely across the full AI stack.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production agent capabilities for internal and external onboarding agents, enhancing project management and customer interaction
• Collaborate with design partner customers to create custom agent workflows and translate customer-specific needs into reusable platform components
• Maintain and build the MCP server and off-platform service layer, ensuring reliable integrations with adjacent systems

Required qualifications

• Experience shipping LLM-based features to production users, bridging the gap between demos and customer-serving systems
• Hands-on experience with retrieval pipelines, agent loops, and evaluation processes
• Strong proficiency in Python with production experience in deploying real systems
• Experience integrating LLM provider APIs into applications, including evaluation and prompt iteration
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to diverse stakeholders
