Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end technical engagements, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and ship AI solutions for complex enterprise problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and directly engaging with customers in Dallas, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers, managing delivery quality and stakeholder relationships
• Design and build agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications, ensuring production-grade reliability and safety
• Own the full development lifecycle of AI applications, integrating models into customer environments and developing scalable backend services

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including end-to-end model development and production deployment
• Demonstrable experience leading technical delivery across complex enterprise engagements
• Strong Python engineering skills with experience in ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LLM tooling
• Experience deploying AI services in cloud or enterprise environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams
