Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support client operations, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will engage deeply with business functions, spending initial weeks in operational roles before developing and deploying GenAI systems on AWS, ensuring effective automation and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Actively participate in client operations by performing tasks relevant to the business function before automating processes
• Develop and deploy production-level GenAI/LLM systems while collaborating with client stakeholders
• Evaluate and enhance existing systems, ensuring effective performance measurement and operational handover

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on production code
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong engineering fundamentals
• Experience with cloud-native delivery on AWS, including containers and CI/CD
• Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and the ability to reason about model performance
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and engage with unfamiliar business domains
