Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support client operations in a hands-on manner, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will engage directly in business processes, leveraging expertise in GenAI and AWS to design and implement effective AI solutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Spend initial weeks performing the operator's job to understand the business function before developing AI solutions
• Build and deploy GenAI/LLM systems to production, ensuring they meet operational requirements
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to redesign business functions and evaluate system performance

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of software development experience with a focus on production code
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript, with strong engineering fundamentals
• Experience with cloud-native delivery on AWS, including containers and CI/CD
• Solid understanding of AI/ML principles and hands-on experience with Claude Code/Cowork
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and navigate ambiguous project requirements
