Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To drive the technical direction of AI-powered software development, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions, establish engineering standards, and oversee delivery excellence in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define multi-year architectural direction for AI-driven products and full-stack systems
• Guide the design and development of solutions using modern technologies and cloud platforms
• Champion best practices in engineering delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and reliability across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native systems, and high-scale platforms
• Hands-on experience with Python, Go, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like React and Node.js
• Strong command of DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and observability tools
