Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of an AI-native growth engine, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will build and iterate agent orchestrations and automated workflows remotely, driving growth across various channels including paid media and organic search.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement agent orchestration workflows that automate growth-related decisions and executions
• Ensure integration reliability between AI systems, growth execution platforms, and data infrastructure
• Document workflows clearly to enable domain specialists to understand and improve them independently

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems using AI orchestration platforms
• Strong understanding of API integrations, including REST, webhooks, and error handling
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent chaining
• Ability to work independently from specifications to build accurate workflows
• Familiarity with growth or marketing contexts to understand the objectives of the systems being built
