Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To design and operate intelligent agent systems end-to-end on an AWS-native GenAI platform, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will build major agent services, define testing and reliability practices, and mentor team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own LLM-powered agents for internal tooling and workflow automation using Bedrock and LangChain
- Build and operate MCP servers to expose company data and services for AI models
- Lead design reviews and mentor team members to improve engineering practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on LLM or AI agent systems in production
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and service development, particularly with FastAPI
- Strong experience with AWS services, including Bedrock and Lambda
- Hands-on experience with LangChain/LangGraph and MCP for building agent tooling
- Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead design reviews
