Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on developing agentic systems, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and build runtime environments for AI agents, create workflows, and ensure system reliability while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the runtime for agent execution, including planning loops and failure recovery
• Develop agent workflows from expert conversations to operational agents, incorporating human-in-the-loop mechanisms
• Build evaluation frameworks for agent performance and implement security measures against potential risks

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with production systems
• Experience building production LLM systems with multi-step workflows
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior and debugging non-deterministic systems
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python, along with solid backend and cloud experience (AWS or equivalent)
• Experience with LLM APIs and designing planning and execution loops
