Job Summary
To advance compliance automation, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will design, build, and scale AI systems that enhance operational efficiency and support enterprise workflows, focusing on agentic AI, LLMs, and intelligent reasoning.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement LLM-powered systems for multi-step reasoning and decision support in high-trust domains
- Build AI systems that automate reasoning over structured and unstructured data for regulatory interpretation and validation
- Architect and deploy scalable AI systems in production environments, optimizing for performance and reliability
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience; 2+ years in ML/AI engineering
- Proficiency in Python; TypeScript experience is a plus
- Experience building LLM-based applications in production
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) system design
- Track record of taking AI systems from concept to production
