Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To lead the architecture and integration of enterprise agentic AI platforms, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and deploy autonomous multi-agent workflows while working in a hybrid environment in Southlake, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build production-grade Python applications for managing autonomous multi-agent systems and complex workflows
- Deploy and govern AI agents using the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, leveraging tools like the Agent Development Kit
- Implement inter-agent collaboration protocols and optimize LLM prompt structures to enhance reasoning efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of software engineering experience, with 2-3 years focused on AI/LLM applications and agentic systems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Strong mastery of Python and experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
- Proven expertise with Google Cloud platforms, including Vertex AI and GKE
- Familiarity with modern agentic communication standards and vector databases for semantic search
