Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of agent observability products, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will manage end-to-end projects from research and prototyping to production, working remotely to design and implement features that enhance AI agent reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Take open problems from research through production, iterating on solutions before they become part of the roadmap
• Design and integrate agent-powered features, including root-cause analysis and incident triage, into the platform
• Build and maintain evaluation infrastructure to ensure the safety and effectiveness of features in production

Required qualifications

• Proven experience building autonomous agents in production environments
• Strong background in Python with experience in machine learning or data science
• Experience running evaluation frameworks and monitoring agents post-launch
• Ability to work from ambiguous problem statements and design experiments accordingly
• Daily use of AI tools in coding and research activities
