Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the reliability and effectiveness of AI-powered product experiences, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will work remotely, partnering with product engineering teams to design, build, and evaluate AI features, ensuring their performance and quality in production environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement evaluation pipelines for LLM-powered features and establish quality metrics
- Instrument AI interactions and monitor observability signals to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities
- Build reusable libraries and document standards for AI instrumentation and evaluation across teams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building production systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered features and AI workflows
- Strong engineering skills in Python and/or C#/.NET
- Experience designing evaluations and quality metrics for AI or software systems
- Strong fundamentals in observability, including tracing, logging, and metrics
