Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered products, the full-time remote Senior AI Engineer will lead end-to-end projects involving LLM-powered features, manage model design and validation, and ship production code across the technology stack.

Key responsibilities

• Lead LLM-powered product development from prototyping to deployment and iteration
• Take ownership of matching, search, and ranking model design, including offline validation and A/B testing
• Diagnose and resolve issues in production code across Python ML services and web applications

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 recent years focused on ML- and LLM-powered features
• Strong proficiency in Python, with the ability to run and validate ranking-model retrains and embedding pipelines
• Experience with evaluation for non-deterministic systems, including regression tests and golden datasets
• Core ML foundations in classification, ranking, and model evaluation
• Production experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and SQL-driven product analysis
