Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
Focused on developing agentic systems, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will design and build runtime environments and production agents while ensuring reliability and integration with enterprise data in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build the runtime for agents, including planning, execution loops, and failure recovery
- Develop multi-step workflows for agents, ensuring decisions are grounded in authoritative enterprise data
- Implement evaluation metrics and safeguards for agent reliability, security, and performance
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, particularly with production systems
- Experience building production LLM systems with multi-step agentic workflows
- Strong understanding of LLM behavior and debugging non-deterministic systems
- Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python, with solid backend and cloud experience (AWS or equivalent)
- Experience with LLM APIs and designing planning and execution loops
