Senior AI Engineer

Job Summary

To build the next generation of agentic AI systems for the CUDA ecosystem, the full-time Senior High Performance AI Engineer will design, optimize, and implement intelligent agentic systems while collaborating closely with NVIDIA's software and hardware teams, with opportunities for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize agentic AI systems, including agent architectures and multi-agent workflows
• Develop data, environments, verification, and evaluation systems to enhance model and agent capabilities
• Co-design and optimize systems across NVIDIA's software and hardware stack, from models to GPUs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; MS or PhD preferred
• 4+ years of relevant experience in AI systems, machine learning, or high-performance computing
• Hands-on experience with agent systems, reinforcement learning, or modern AI inference systems
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Rust, and Python with solid software engineering fundamentals
• Experience with GPU programming and performance optimization using CUDA or similar platforms
