Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support a high-growth AI and technology company, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will define requirements, develop prototypes, and design LLM-powered solutions while working in a hybrid environment in Greater Boston.
Key responsibilities
- Define requirements and partner with engineers and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered product enhancements
- Identify product gaps and design LLM-powered solutions to improve operational outcomes
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineers while staying updated on emerging AI models and tools
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience building data products or AI-driven solutions
- Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering and agent development
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into scalable technical solutions
