Senior AI Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance developer workflows, the full-time Senior AI Engineer will build and operate an internal AI platform, integrate AI capabilities into existing toolchains, and implement quality gates for AI-generated changes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate an internal AI platform for developer workflows, including code assistance and automation
- Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD processes and create templates for easy adoption
- Implement AI quality gates and design for compliance in regulated environments
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or SRE/operations engineering with hands-on work in AI
- Proven experience in building AI-assisted developer tooling and automated workflows
- Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with either Java or TypeScript
- Experience operating in regulated environments with knowledge of HIPAA, GxP, or FedRAMP
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineering, security, and leadership teams
