Senior AI Engineer - Finance

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior AI Engineer - Finance will serve as an embedded AI engineering partner within the Finance organization, focusing on designing, building, and deploying AI systems that enhance operational efficiency and decision-making across finance workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI integration layers connecting finance systems to operational data and knowledge sources
• Develop AI-powered quality assurance systems to ensure reliability and compliance in finance workflows
• Create AI systems for operational intelligence that analyze financial processes and surface insights for decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software, data, automation, or AI-powered application development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-based or AI-enabled systems in production
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with backend services and integrations
• Experience with enterprise finance systems and operational data integration
• Familiarity with compliance-sensitive environments and governance considerations in AI adoption
