Senior AI Engineer - Insurance

Job Summary

To support a growing AI practice, the full-time Senior AI Engineer - Insurance will engage with clients to develop AI transformation roadmaps, redesign workflows, and co-design AI-enabled solutions, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support practices in responding to client demand for AI transformation, including opportunity shaping and proposal development
• Map and redesign insurance workflows, capturing expert knowledge and identifying AI implementation pathways
• Co-design AI solutions with business experts and advise on the effective use of enterprise AI tools

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant quantitative or business field
• 6-8 years of professional experience in insurance, actuarial consulting, or related fields
• Experience in business development, proposal writing, and client workshops
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured problem-solving approach
