Senior AI Engineering Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Focused on developing AI engineering capabilities, the full-time Senior AI Engineering Enablement Lead will create and manage enablement programs, design curricula, and assess skills gaps while working flexibly in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and guide AI engineering enablement programs, including onboarding bootcamps and workshops
• Build and maintain a role-based AI engineering curriculum aligned with organizational priorities
• Assess capability and skills gaps across engineering teams and create a prioritized enablement roadmap

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with roles such as tech lead or Engineering Manager
• 2+ years of experience training or mentoring software engineers
• Strong hands-on proficiency with AI-assisted development and modern software-development tools
• Experience designing technical curricula and structured learning programs for engineers
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging senior engineers in technical discussions
