Senior AI Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a hybrid software engineering team, the full-time Senior AI Engineering Manager will drive the development and delivery of internal AI platforms and solutions, ensuring high code quality and effective project planning in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of internal engineers and external vendors to deliver scalable and performant AI platforms and services
• Define and own the long-term architectural vision and strategy for enterprise AI platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure
• Proactively engage with stakeholders to gather business AI requirements and ensure solutions address operational challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a strong background in enterprise-scale applications
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing a software development team
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-wide AI tool rollouts and AI/ML projects
• Proficiency in modern software development practices and relevant programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
