Senior AI Governance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Adaptive's Enterprise AI Program Office, the remote Senior AI Governance Analyst will manage AI governance mechanisms, coordinate across various business functions, and maintain the enterprise AI portfolio while contributing to the responsible use of AI in business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise AI Program Office work across assigned workstreams and special initiatives
• Help shape and assess AI opportunities by clarifying business value and technical dependencies
• Prepare and maintain practical operating artifacts and track AI-related issues and incidents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, or related cross-functional roles
• Working knowledge of AI, enterprise technology, and risk assessment concepts
• Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Experience maintaining roadmaps, dashboards, and program reporting artifacts
