Senior AI Governance Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. AI Governance Engineer to oversee the deployment, governance, and scaling of Microsoft AI and automation platforms for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks for Power Platform and Copilot Studio, including security and compliance alignment
• Advise on best practices and validate platform configurations for scalability and security
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading governance workshops and translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft platform delivery, particularly in Power Platform governance and administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Proven expertise in governance environment strategy and DLP policy design at enterprise scale
• Experience with Copilot Studio and understanding of identity and security concepts
• Able to work remotely within the United States with availability during Eastern and Central business hours
