Senior AI Governance Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced in enterprise governance, the full-time Senior AI Governance Engineer will design and implement governance frameworks for Microsoft AI and automation platforms while engaging directly with clients in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement governance frameworks for Power Platform and Copilot Studio, including environment strategy and DLP policy design
• Advise on best practices across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, ensuring configurations meet scalability and compliance standards
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading governance workshops and translating technical concepts into business-friendly language

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft platform delivery with a focus on Power Platform governance and administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and the Power Platform Admin Center
• Proven expertise in Power Platform governance, including environment strategy and DLP policy design
• Experience with Copilot Studio and understanding of identity, security, and compliance concepts
• Ability to engage with clients and articulate governance strategies to executive audiences
