Senior AI Governance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Governance Program Manager to drive the execution and operationalization of the AI Governance program.

Key Responsibilities

• Operationalize existing AI governance policies, standards, and frameworks across the organization
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure governance requirements are integrated into AI development lifecycles
• Track and report on governance program metrics, KPIs, and compliance status to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in GRC, audit, compliance, and regulatory
• Experience managing AI governance programs preferred
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including relevant regulations (e.g., HIPAA) preferred
• Understanding of how to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with AI technologies required
