Senior AI Governance Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AI Governance Scientist - Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive red team and stress-testing exercises to identify vulnerabilities and safety risks across AI systems
• Design and implement evaluation methodologies to assess AI performance, safety, and alignment with intended use cases
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines for the organization's AI portfolio

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of AI/ML research or applied AI development experience, with at least 3 years focused on model evaluation and validation
• Strong technical foundation in machine learning and deep learning
• Experience designing and executing AI evaluation methodologies across multiple AI paradigms
• Familiarity with Python-based AI/ML stack and evaluation frameworks
