Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Implementation Engineer, AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex AI implementations and ensure high-performing solutions for enterprise customers
• Design and develop AI applications, integrating systems across various platforms
• Conduct conversational design workshops and provide technical training to customers and partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year with digital channels or AI applications
• Skilled in configuring AI technologies and supporting large enterprise environments
• Proficient with CRM integrations, APIs, and related ecosystem technologies
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and Swagger
